Linda, founder of ALTS Works
Welcome to ALTS Works

Hi, I'm Linda!

Founder of ALTS Works  ·  Workforce Capability & Organizational Performance

I believe the most effective organizations aren't built through isolated programs — they're built by aligning people, processes, leadership, and business systems around a shared purpose.

My career didn't follow a traditional learning and development path — and that's become one of my greatest strengths.

It started in the business, not the classroom

Before leading talent, learning, leadership development, onboarding, and organizational effectiveness functions, I worked in operations, customer service, banking, recruiting, and business process improvement.

Then across industries where performance was non-negotiable

I led initiatives across manufacturing, financial services, technology, mining, and other highly regulated industries where safety, quality, compliance, and operational performance were critical to success.

And it reshaped how I think about organizational performance

Training alone rarely solves business problems. Organizations invest heavily in learning programs, leadership development, onboarding, talent initiatives, and technology platforms — yet still struggle to achieve the results they expect.

The reason is usually not a lack of effort — it's a lack of alignment. When workforce planning, leadership, learning, processes, technology, culture, and operational priorities function independently, even well-designed programs struggle to deliver sustainable results.

Throughout my career, I found myself drawn to the work that sits at the intersection of those disciplines — connecting business strategy to workforce capability and helping organizations translate ambitious goals into practical systems that people can actually use.

Whether leading enterprise onboarding transformations, building leadership and talent programs, implementing workforce capability frameworks, strengthening workforce readiness, modernizing compliance systems, or supporting large-scale organizational change, the objective has always been the same:

Helping organizations build the workforce capability needed to achieve what's next.

That belief became ALTS Works

ALTS Works reflects the work I've spent more than two decades leading: helping organizations connect people, processes, leadership, technology, and business systems to strengthen workforce capability and improve organizational performance.

Systems, not silos

Sustainable performance isn't created by a single program. It happens when people, processes, technology, leadership, and culture work as one integrated system.

Energized by transformation

Building something new, improving what exists, and helping organizations move confidently from today to tomorrow.

Built to keep improving

My role is to design, build, and align those systems so organizations scale capability and create lasting business impact.

When people, strategy, and business systems are aligned, organizations don't just perform better — they build the capability to keep improving long after the project is complete.

The Experiences That Shaped My Perspective

The most valuable lessons of my career weren't learned behind a desk.

They came from partnering with people where the work happens — inside complex organizations across industries:

Those experiences continue to shape how I help organizations connect strategy, workforce capability, and execution.

In the Field

Where the work actually happens — on plant floors, at mine sites, and in training rooms across complex operations.
